The traditional Battlefield 5 minimum, and recommended PC specs have been announced, and they're joined for the first time by ray tracing-specific specs. DICE has revealed the official PC specs for Battlefield 5 on Reddit this week. We have three sets of specs for the first time, seeing as Battlefield 5 is one of the poster games for ray tracing. Outside of that, the minimum and recommended specs are very similar to those of Battlefield 1, which isn't completely shocking.

Red Dead Redemption 2's release date is fast approaching, and the latest titbit serves to illustrate just how much Rockstar have upped the ante. Update: VG247 believes the original source for this story is mistaken, either via misunderstanding or a mistranslation. Having played the game for a number of hours, we believe these type of on-the-fly dialogue changes (most recently seen in Assassin's Creed Odyssey) won't be possible in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Rockstar is pleased with the response it has seen since the launch of the standalone version of Red Dead Online, so it is marking the game down for a limited time and handing out free goodies. The introductory offer to purchase the standalone version of Red Dead Online is currently available from the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Rockstar Games Launcher, Epic Games Store, and Steam for $4.99 - but only until February 15.

The amount of video games with soundtracks that slap is immense, and the list continues to grow. From atmospheric melodies to synthwave sounds and beyond, it can be quite whimsical how video games will often have you feeling affectionately towards genres of music or specific songs that you may have never given a second thought to otherwise. There are a mass of brilliant soundtracks out there, but which ones would we argue are the best of the best?

Well, maybe you can't. But these cats can. Destiny players have done something previously believed to be impossible: destroyed every Gorgon in the Vault of Glass. For the uninitiated, Gorgons are a special kind of Harpy that appears only within one section Vault of Glass, the first raid. Players are supposed to sneak past them, because being spotted results in a wipe unless you can take the alerted Gorgon down.

The final two weeks of Chapter 2: Season 1 have started and there are new Love and War challenges to get stuck into in Fortnite. The Season One Overtime Challenges are in full swing and there are new Love and War challenges which will net you some nice Valentine's themed rewards. Season 1 has been extended to February 20, so you've got plenty of time to complete these challenges. The majority of these challenges involve taking part in the Search and Destroy LTM in Duos or Squads.

When it was announced I was sceptical about the new OLED Switch, but now having used it for myself I've realised how substantial an upgrade the screen is. The colours pop off the screen, it's brighter, has better vibrancy, improved colour accuracy, and really showcases how great looking some of the games on the Switch are. Not only is there a new Victory Royale to aim for, but you've also got nine new challenges to complete before April 24.
