Nintendo has lived up to its promise and revealed a brand new Smash character at The Game Awards today. Sakurai and Nintendo have shown off Sephiroth at the annual event, and the newly unveiled fighter will be the third character to join the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate roster as part of Fighter Pass Vol. 2. More information about Sephiroth will be revealed in a special video dedicated to the upcoming fighter on December 17 at 2pm PT/5pm ET/10pm UK.

Battlefield 3: End Game is almost upon us, and DICE has released four screenshots of the maps included in the pack along with descriptions of each. Each map is comparable in size to Caspian Border and Operation Firestorm from the base game, and each one has been "carefully created to cater to the new dirt bike," along with the new AA vehicles. Double Eleven has announced Rust: Console Edition will be released in May. BioWare's started teasing the final DLC pack for Mass Effect 2, known as Arrival, with one single screen for the DLC. It was released on the developer's Facebook page last night.
