Fans of French publishing giant Ubisoft's games will be able to pick up and play on any platform thanks to its new Connect service. Announced in a news post, this new platform is launching on October 29th for PC, console and mobile devices. It's replacing the Uplay desktop app and the company's Club loyalty scheme. The service is adding cross-progression support for titles including Hyper Scape, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Immortals Fenyx Rising, and Riders Republic in addition to more upcoming releases.

It looks like Sony is getting ready to close down the PS3, PS Vita, and PlayStation Portable stores soon, according to a new report. According to a source familiar with Sony's plans, the PS3, PS Vita, and PlayStation Portable's digital storefronts will be closed down in July, meaning players will be unable to purchase digital content on those platforms any longer. As per a report published by The Gamer, the PSP and PS3 stores will be closed on July 2, with the PS Vita store will stay open until August 27.

The PlayStation Store will not sell Super Seducer, a game about picking up women. Super Seducer, which came out this week on Steam, was supposed to also to be available on PS4. However, Sony has now said that the game won't be made available for sale on the platform. Although Sony did not give an indication as to why, the reason for this decision likely has to do with the game's content.

Crimson Days returns to Destiny 2 today, and here's a look at some of the rewards you'll earn. The Crimson Days event begins today at 5 pm GMT/ 12 pm ET/ 9 am PT and will run until February 19. Crimson Days this year will be similar to 2018, but a few things have been changed up and new rewards are on offer.
