Doom 3 source code available now

Id, as promised, has released the source code for Doom 3. A delay was threatened when tech director John Carmack recently tweeted that lawyers for Bethesda were "skittish about the patent issue" with a trick called Carmack's Reverse that was used in the full game, but the law, quite clearly, is an ass. It's now available from GitHub. Get to it.
