A new first person version of GTA: San Andreas has been announced, and is coming exclusively to the Oculus Quest 2. Initially announced at Connect 2021 and later written up on an official Oculus blog post, the game is currently in development for the platform with no release date in sight. While GTA: San Andreas has of course been ported to different video game platforms before, this new version of the popular action adventure game will be the first time the title is playable in VR.

It turns out the concept art presented during the event clearly borrows a character from another popular pirate series: Pirates of the Caribbean's Mistress Ching.

Looks like a Morrowind remaster is out of the question. At least for the foreseeable future. Plenty of Elder Scrolls fans have asked for a Morrowind remaster in recent years, but unfortunately, Bethesda's Todd Howard isn't very interested in the idea. Speaking with The Guardian, Howard seems content with The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind being backward compatible on Xbox One, and isn't interested in anything more. "I’m really happy that Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and others are making it easier for people to play [older games] as they were played at the time,"

Nintendo fans who have been wondering just what the famed Retro Studios has been cooking up will be happy to know that it's a Star Fox game. According to a verified Reddit rumour (via Nintendo Insider), Retro Studios is working on a game called Star Fox: Grand Prix, which is said to be a racing game in the vein of Diddy Kong Racing, and F-Zero. The Reddit user who leaked this information also believes the game will feature a hub world, boss fights, and an adventure mode.

One of Warzone's new surprise additions made it about a day before it got pulled. The mid-Season 4 update for Call of Duty: Warzone brought with it a significant number of changes to the battle royale mode, or as developer Raven calls it, Warzone's "biggest balance update ever". But players also grew to expect every patch to introduce some undocumented changes.
