Microsoft's Washington HQ will be much harder to miss now. Twitter user Oh_Gaz has created a couple-hundred-meter-tall Xbox Series X "building" in Microsoft Flight Simulator - seemingly for no reason. The model sits in Microsoft's campus at its headquarters in Redmond, Washington, and shares a lot of details with the real Xbox Series X design. Oh_Gaz not only made a big black slab, they modelled the top fan grill, the back ports, and the Xbox logo-shaped power button.

All Call of Duty: WW2 players can now jump on the Shipment 1944 map. The Shipment 1944 map is now available for all Call of Duty: WW2 after being made available to Season Pass holders earlier in the week. Shipment 1944 is part of the Operation: Shamrock and Awe event going on this weekend, and it's a remake of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare's Shipment map. During the Shamrock and Awe event, which kicked off on March 14, Call of Duty: WW2 players will earn double XP for participating in the Leprechaun Hunt Moshpit playlist.

In this week's challenge, you'll need to nip around a race track to earn your Battle Star. For this challenge, you'll need to visit Happy Hamlet and look for the race track. You only need to complete one lap of the track for it to count to get your Battle Star. If your next run through a Fire Emblem game needs more drama and emotional nuance, someone has modded Gilmore Girls into Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. Developer Marlowe Dobbe (the artist behind Dicey Dungeons) has created the inspired mod, called – unsurprisingly – Fire Emblem: Gilmore Girls and made it free to download, too. The mod does a great job in turning the 2004 GBA title into a peculiar re-telling of the early 2000s teen drama, complete with all the mechanics you’d expect from an Intelligent Systems RPG.

The events in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's story campaign will lead into the game's co-op mode. Although Call of Duty: Modern Warfare developer Infinity Ward is not yet ready to talk about the game's co-op mode in detail, it did confirm that it won't be Zombies. This isn't necessarily surprising given recent history and leaks, but it puts in perspective the studio's vision for the reboot. It was previously revealed that character progression is shared among single-player, co-op, and multiplayer.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 has one of the most classic and notable soundtracks in video game history. But in the latest 'definitive' release of the game, included as one of several games in Sonic Origins, its full and classic music won't be present. And with that confirmation, what was once one of gaming's most enduring pieces of development gossip is confirmed to be at least partially true. I had been hoping that Sega might’ve resolved the issues around this soundtrack for this release, like many Sonic fans and game history nerds.

EA Sports has updated the Madden NFL 11 roster, with over 500 total roster changes. While 232 players were cut from the game, 165 were added, including new stars. Here's more: 40 player ratings changes highlighted by Arian Foster of the Texans, Seattle's Mike Williams, and Derek Anderson in Arizona received ratings increases heading into Week 1 of the regular season. Tennessee's Kenny Britt and Washington's Devin Thomas received ratings decreases this week.
