Dying Light may have launched on the Nintendo Switch, but if you're eager to download and play the game in Europe, you're out of luck: the game is not available on the eShop because it's banned in Germany, it turns out. Dying Light's recently-announced Switch port was supposed to go live yesterday, October 19, but frustrated players in EU regions noticed it never got listed on the Switch's digital storefront. In a post over on Reddit, a member of the dvelopment team at Techland explained why the game is only available physically in some EU regions.

DICE has provided information on the vehicles and weapons players will use in Battlefield 5 when it releases. Battlefield 5 will contain 30 primary weapons, seven side-arms, nine melee weapons and more when it is released in November. There will also be a number of vehicles players can drive or pilot in the game. The use of certain weapons will be dependent upon which of the four classes were chosen by the player.

The latest version of Valve's Linux-based operating system, SteamOS 3, is now out in the wild. Microsoft just confirmed a first Halo Wars add-on, titled Strategic Options. It's to release in the "coming weeks".
